The scriptable objects folder is located at:
Assets > ParallaxControlSystem > ScriptableObjects
The UPL_SmartPanelPrefabDatabase contains a Smart Panel List, which accepts objects of type UPL_UI_Smart Panel. The Smart Panels can be accessed by either matching the name of the Smart Panel in the list, or by referencing the Smart Panels element of the list.
