Controlling devices from Node-RED offers a convenient solution for automating multimedia systems. Node-RED's visual interface lets users create custom flows to communicate with devices using various protocols like RS-232, RS-485, TCP, UDP, or MQTT. With Node-RED, users can control functions such as power, volume, input selection, and playback across multiple devices by dragging in pre-made nodes to the canvas.

Preinstallation Support
After purchase, the Parallax support team will review your proposed installation plan and recommend the optimal configuration.
A dedicated team member will answer questions regarding system configuration and control system programming and help identify the resources required onsite for deployment. Note that control system programming (CM4-PROGRAMMING-REMOTE) is not included.
Remote Deployment and Validation
Following installation, the Remote Professional Services team may need to connect remotely with your onsite team to help deploy the solution. An AV technician is required onsite during this stage, as local configuration changes to auxiliary equipment such as microphones, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), and control processors may be required.
Once the system is configured, the Remote Professional Services team may perform a complete validation of the control system remotely. Validation of the Parallax Control system involves simulating a device connection with your onsite AV technician to validate control from your control panel, and all other related functionality.
